- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I came in for a routine yearly check up. I was seen by Janelle, the nurse practitioner. All went well during my visit and I liked Janelle a lot, she was very friendly. In June I received a bill from the doctors office for $2,245.00 for an entire panel of testing I never asked for or authorized. When I called the office and spoke to Mary Jackson, the office manager, I was told it was a mistake and my insurance had been billed incorrectly. It is October, and I am still receiving bills. I have left a message for Ms.Jackson to try and take care of this problem and am waiting for a response. I will never go back to this office and am extremely unhappy with the fact that months later I am still taking time out of my work day to deal with this issue. I believe this office is billing insurance companies to generate extra revenue and have since informed my insurance carrier.December 15, 2016by sarah zofkie
