- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff here are friendly, professional and most importantly, informative. I have had to take my cat here twice for emergency visits. Both times the staff were excellent not only in the care they gave but keeping me informed of my options, costs, and helping me to make the best decision for my cat. My cat ended up staying three days and each day the doctors called with morning and evening updates as well as answered any questions I had. I was also able to stop by for visits, which they facilitated. The initial dollar estimate they gave me was extremely accurate - so no surprises when it came to the final bill!
